My verifier checks syntax, looks up the domain's MX records and runs an SMTP mailbox check. Some mail servers don't give a definitive answer, so results are never 100% certain.

I build self-hosted email verification and outreach tools, so your lists are checked on your own infrastructure instead of being uploaded to a third party. The projects below are open source.
Paying per address to verify lists
Uploading customer or lead data to outside services
Bounces from lists that were never cleaned
Sending spread across several mailboxes with no central control
Self-hosted verifier: syntax, MX and SMTP checks; finds emails in any CSV/XLSX column; valid-only export; resumable bulk jobs. Node.js/Express UI, Go verifier, JWT, Docker Compose.
Self-hosted email operations platform for list verification and multi-sender workflows (Go).
Full-stack email verification web app (Node.js, Express, MongoDB).
Python multi-account SMTP automation with parallel sender launch.

Yes. bulk-email-verifier is self-hosted and Docker-ready, so the list stays on your infrastructure.
It finds email addresses in any column of a CSV or XLSX file and exports a valid-only list with your original columns.
I have published multi-SMTP sending automation. Any outreach tool should be used in line with CAN-SPAM, GDPR/PECR and your mail provider's rules.
